Made an offer on Hawksley Avenue below the asking price on Friday. Was accepted at slightly higher than my offer, but with carpets, cooker, fridgefreezer, beds and light fittings. Marvellous!
Am in the process of arranging a mortgage. Think I've sorted one and the paperwork will be sorted on Friday (14/10). Blimey.
